In early November, when our data was collected, Cape May County had the highest rate in the state of New Jersey, with an in-state prepaid call costing $6.65. However, they lowered their rates to $0.90 for a fifteen minute in-state call on November 15th, leaving Salem County as the highest in the state. ↩
